Mother imprisoned for fighting for her child’s life when the Doctors at OHSU were killing her with chemo. Oregon DHS has medically kidnapped her daughter Kylee and are forcing surgery that may lead to death. Our State has NO BUSINESS INTERFERING WITH THIS FAMILY! Christina turned herself in to Clackamas County Jail.
She has now been imprisoned on charges 'custodial interference' despite the fact that she had requested that the voluntary 'safety plan' that granted DHS 'temporary custody' of her child be terminated.
She is also facing charges of 'criminal mistreatment' that were a result of her nursing her daughter back to health from the brink of death. Doctors gave her daughter weeks to live and Christina did not accept that.
After she used natural methods to help revive her daughter's health for six months, the state removed custody of Christina's child on the grounds of "medical neglect". DHS told her she had to allow the same doctors who had previously given up on her daughter to surgically remove her child's liver--without a second opinion or any emergency need to do so. When Christina refused, she was indicted of felony charges and the state took her daughter from her and has not allowed Kylee to see her family for months.
Please Urge Legislators and Prosecutors to stop persecuting Christine and hold them accountable for the legislation that has allowed this to happen. What has happened to Christine can happen to any Mother or Father in Oregon.
Call and ask why they have allowed this to happen.
